QuoteFSAutoStart
Version 1.0 Build 5
Written by Ken Salter

Description:

FSAutoStart allows the user the ability to automatically shutdown services and programs to provide as much resources to running Flight Simulator as possible.  It also provides the ability to launch selected programs before Flight Simulator is launched.  Lastly, it can automatically restart those programs and services previously shutdown, thus bringing the computer back to its original state.  It also adds some performance enhancing options like Defragment Memory.

I am happy to provide this software as FREEWARE!  If you wish, you can donate by using the Donate menu item.  This option will open a browser window connecting to Paypal.com.  Give as much or as little as you want.  Your support is appreciated!

Operating Systems supported:  Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000, XP (Home and Professional), 2003.
How To Use:

1)   Execute FSAutoStart.  The main window will appear.
2)   Click on the Services Button.  This will display a list of all services on your computer.  Not available on Windows 9x or ME systems.

9)   You select to defragment memory before Flight Simulator is started by selecting the Defragment Memory check box.
10)   On XP systems, you can choose for Force Idle Tasks to Execute by checking the Force Idle Tasks check box (this is disabled on non-XP systems)

12)   Click Start to begin shutting down services and programs and launch Flight Simulator.  After clicking start, FSAutoStart will be terminated and fsasctl (FSAutoStart Control) will start.
13)   At this point, the process becomes completely automated.

Det fina är att det funkar för alla spel, så jag startar helt enkelt Fraps (som jag gillar att ha igång) istället för FS med FSAUTOSTART, sen startar jag spelen som vanligt, oavsett om det är RBR, LO eller Half Life 2
