Det var för övrigt sista resan för rymdfärjan Atlantis.

Såg precis första avsnittet. Man får ha lite överseende med skådespelarinsatserna och scenografin, men det var allt lite spännande. :)

För att det inte ska bli som vanligt då jag brukar posta ungefär 1 minut innan lift-off så postar jag nu. Flera dagar i förväg.

Som det ser ut nu så kommer Discovery lyfta 08:52 den 3:e November (GMT+1). Detta är den näst sista resan med rymdfärjan och det är Discoverys sista resa. Lycka till Discovery! Sista resan görs med Endevour någon gång nästa år.

The official countdown clock began ticking backward at 2 p.m. EDT Sunday. Launch is targeted for Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 3:52 p.m. NASA Test Director Steve Payne said this morning that the work to repair the leaks is complete, the system is repressurized and work is on schedule for Discoveryââ,¬â,,¢s launch.

The Mission Management Team plan to meet Monday morning with a Pre-launch News Conference scheduled to follow at 11 a.m. The new conference will be carried live on NASA Television and at www.nasa.gov/ntv.

The weather forecast remains at 70 percent chance of favorable conditions at launch time.

@Robonaut: There were some voltage irregularities on one of the shuttle's engines, so I won't be launching just yet. Maybe Thursday.
